Embossed Easter Card

For the card front: Turn the card with the fold at the top and trim to 4½"x5". Cover the front with Nostalgia flowered tiles paper and ink the edges brown. Cut a 4"x2¾" Nostalgia brown tiles paper, ink the edges brown, and stamp the chick in watermark ink in the center. Sprinkle embossing powder over it, shake off the excess, then heat set. Mat on Nostalgia blue tiles paper with 1/16” borders. Ink the edges brown and glue centered on the front.

Cut a 4½"x1 3/8" Nostalgia stripes paper, then scallop one long edge. Ink the edges brown and glue a 6" ribbon across it, gluing the ends on the back. Glue to the card top. Tie a shoestring bow and glue as shown. Print “Happy Easter” on Nostalgia coral tiles paper and trim to 2"x½". Ink the edges brown and mat on Nostalgia blue tiles paper with 1/32" borders. Ink the edges brown and glue below the chick as shown. Place Dazzles™ on the egg as shown.

For the inside: Cut a 4"x4½" Nostalgia yellow dotted paper and ink the edges brown. Glue to the inside. Cut out two Nostalgia flowered tiles, then cut in half diagonally and ink the edges brown. Glue a triangle to each corner. Glue the blue label vertically near the left edge. Print the sentiment on Nostalgia coral paper, trim to 2¾"x1¾", and ink the edges brown. Mat on Nostalgia brown tiles paper with the left border 1/8" wide and the other three borders 1/16" wide. Scallop the left border, ink the edges, and glue as shown. Cut out a Nostalgia flowered tile, ink the edges brown, and foam tape to the sentiment as shown. Place Dazzles™ as shown.
