Cat On A Couch Get Well Card
For the card front: Turn the card with the fold at the top. Cut Color Me dots to cover the front with the corner design at the lower right. On the craft sheet, press the wild honey ink pad repeatedly, covering an area the size of the dots piece. Spritz heavily with water, then press the dots paper into the ink. Lift up and set aside. Clean the sheet, then repeat the process with rusty hinge ink. Set the paper aside to dry. Cut out the 2½" wide Color Me label. Repeat the inking process, this time using spun sugar first, then wild honey. Let dry. Glue the dots paper to the card.
Cut out the large cat on a couch image with a 1/8" gold mat on the edges. Mat on orange cardstock with 1/16" borders. Glue to the card near the left edge, with the label extending from under the right edge as shown. Punch out the die cuts and follow the directions to construct the 3-D image on the base, placing foam squares between the layers. Stamp “thinking of you” in black on the tag and place jewel Dazzles™ as shown.
For the inside: Cut a 5¾"x4" Color Me dots paper with the border on the right side and repeat the inking process with wild honey and rusty hinge. Cut out the Color Me dotted tag and ink with spun sugar and wild honey. Let the pieces dry, then glue to the inside as shown. Cut out the small cat on a couch image with a 1/8" gold mat on the edges. Mat on cardstock with 1/16" borders, then glue over the tag end as shown. Stamp “get well soon” in black on the tag and place the Dazzles™ as shown.
