Flowers & Bike Card
For the card front: Turn the card with the fold on the left and cover the front with the Ooh La La border paper, placing the flowers at the lower left. Ink the edges.
Punch out the bike and ½" heart die cuts and remove the nibs. Foam tape the bike to the lower right corner, then foam tape the heart to the large wheel center. Cut out the “hi” banner and glue to the upper right edge. Place the orange and brown rhinestones as shown.
For the inside: Cut 5"x3¾" Ooh La La teal paper and mat the long edges on cardstock with 1/8" borders. Glue centered on the inside. Cut 1¾"x6½" Ooh La La striped paper and mat the long edges on black cardstock with 1/8" borders. Glue along the right edge.
Punch out the Ooh La La die cuts shown and remove the nibs. Turn the tag with the bottom edge upward and insert it behind the pink frame’s upper right edge. Glue both as shown, then glue the balloon overlapping the frame’s upper left edge.
Cut out the greeting banners and glue to the tag, then glue the remaining die cuts as shown. Hold the two ribbons together and tie the center with thread, tying it into a bow. Trim the ends and glue to the tag hole. Place the rhinestones as shown.
