Stacked Hearts Diagonal Gatefold Card
For the card: Cut 12"x4" cardstock and score it vertically at 4" and 8" from the left edge. On the left end, score from the upper left corner to the lower edge at the first score line. On the right end, score from the lower right corner to the upper edge at the second score line. (Both diagonal lines are scored the same direction.) Fold the two side sections over the center section on the vertical score lines. Fold the outer sections back so the diagonal score lines meet at the center front.
For the card front: Cut 4"x4" Handmade Memories brown dotted paper and 3 7/8"x3 7/8" Handmade Memories quilt paper. Glue the small piece centered on the large piece, then cut in half diagonally from the upper right corner to the lower left. Glue to the front panels. Follow the package directions to assemble the foil papier tole heart, then mat on Handmade Memories pink paper with 1/8" borders. Mat on cardstock with 1/16" borders. Center the heart on the front and glue just to the upper half. Stamp “true” and a small heart on Handmade Memories blue paper. Trim to 1¼"x½" then mat on cardstock with 1/32" borders. Glue in the lower right corner.
For the inside: Cut 3¾"x3¾" Handmade Memories striped paper and glue centered on 3 7/8"x3 7/8" Handmade Memories brown dotted paper. Glue centered to the card inside. Stamp “love” on Handmade Memories pink paper and trim to 2 5/8"x1 3/8". Mat on Handmade Memories brown dotted paper with 1/16" borders, then on cardstock with 1/8" borders. Glue centered on the inside. Trace and cut the heart pattern from Handmade Memories blue paper, then mat on Handmade Memories brown dotted paper with 1/32" borders. Stamp “you lots” and a tiny heart, then foam tape as shown.
For the card front: Cut 4"x4" Handmade Memories brown dotted paper and 3 7/8"x3 7/8" Handmade Memories quilt paper.
