Faith Interactive Gatefold Card
For the card front: Open the card and fold both sides in to meet at the center. Trim to 5"x5". Cut a 5"x5" Confetti Playground brown striped paper, then cut in half vertically. Ink the edges and glue a half to each front panel. Trace the two frames onto white cardstock and cut just around the outer edges, leaving the center intact. Cover the large frame with Confetti Playground pink paper and the small frame with Confetti Playground green paper. Cut the inside sections from both frames, then ink all the edges.
Center the large frame on the card front and glue just the left half to the left front panel. Center the small frame on the front and glue just the right half to the right front panel. Place the words, borders, and large butterfly Dazzles™ as shown. Place the book Dazzle™ on cardstock and cut around the edges. Use the pens to color the roses pale lilac, then shade the centers with purple grey. Color the tiny flowers phthalo blue. Glue the left half of the book to the left front panel. Place the remaining Dazzles™ as shown.
For the inside: Cover the inside with Confetti Playground pink paper. Cut 4¾"x4¾" Confetti Playground blue striped paper and glue centered on the pink paper. Cut 3½"x4¼" Confetti Playground brown paper, ink the edges, and glue as shown. Place the window Dazzle™ on acetate and cut around the edges. Use the pens to color the cross Napoleon blue, the roses vivid reddish purple, and the tiny flowers phthalo blue. Color the inner rays marigold and the outer rays melon yellow. When dry, glue the window to the brown paper as shown. Place the remaining Dazzles™ as shown.
