Balloon Birthday Card
For the card front: Turn the card with the fold at the top. Cut 6½"x5" cardstock and glue to the front. Cut 6 3/8"x4 7/8" Steampunk gold paper with the design in the lower left corner.
Place two lines of Dazzles™ on the gold paper near the bottom edge and two near the left edge, trimming the excess. Cut a 2 3/8" and a 2¼" Dazzles™ line and place near the right edge, extending down from the top. Cut a 3¼" and a 3 1/8" line and place near the top edge, extending from the right edge. Glue the paper centered on the card front.
Cut out the Steampunk “birthday wishes” label. Punch out the Steampunk die-cuts shown and remove the nibs. Glue the large label on the center front, then glue the small label in the center and the blue dial above the left end.
Foam tape the balloon, butterfly and small gear die-cuts as shown. Place Dazzles™ on the butterfly body and the gear center, then place nailheads on the label and balloon as shown.
For the inside: Cut 5"x4" Steampunk dark gold paper and place thin line Dazzles™ near each edge, trimming the excess. Mat on cardstock with 1/16" borders, then glue to the inside center.
