Navy Dream Card
For the card front: Turn the card with the fold on the left. Cut 4 7/8"x6 3/8" Painted Lace navy netting paper and glue it centered on the front.
Cut 1½"x6 3/8" from the light blue area of the Painted Lace blue corner design paper. Place a zigzag border Dazzles™ along the right edge, then mat the long edges on white cardstock with 1/16" borders. Wrap a 7½" ribbon over it near the left edge and glue the ends to the back. Glue the strip to the front, 3/8" from the left edge.
Place a 3½" doily Dazzles™ on the front, overlapping the border Dazzles™ and 5/8" from the card top. Cut a 2½", a 1¼", and a 5/8" flower off the Foiled Fancies sheet and cut away the connectors. Stack them, largest to smallest, with foam tape between the layers, then foam tape the stack to the doily center.
Cut a 1¾" flower/swirl off the Foiled Fancies sheet and cut away the connectors. Place a large and a small leaf Dazzles™ in the lower front corner, then foam tape the flower/swirl on top as shown.
Make a 4-loop ribbon bow and tie the center with thread. Glue to the first ribbon, angled as shown. Cut off a ¾" butterfly Foiled Fancies and glue to the bow center. Place pearls on the Foiled Fancies as shown.
