For the card front: Turn the card with the fold on the left. Cut 4 7/8"x6 3/8" Painted Lace yellow paper with the border on the left and glue it centered on the front. Cut 4 7/8"x1¼" Painted Lace striped paper and mat the long edges on white cardstock with 1/16" borders. Wrap a 2½" crepe ribbon around the strip ½" from the left end and glue the ends to the back. Glue the strip to the card front, 1½" from the bottom.
Stamp the triple rose image onto Ultra Smooth cardstock and trim to 3½"x5 1/8". Follow the directions above to color the roses. I used CT1 for the two outer roses, shading them with CT2 and CT4. I used PL1 for the center rose, shading with BP2. And for the leaves, I used CG1, shading with DG2 and CG2.
Place the roses panel on the craft sheet. Squirt a pea-sized puddle of Metallic Saffron onto the craft sheet and dip the toothbrush into it. Hold the brush over the roses panel and drag your thumb across the bristles, causing the ink to spatter across the panel. Repeat with the Metallic Rose ink, then let the panel dry.
Mat the roses panel on green cardstock with 1/16" borders, then foam tape to the front, ¼" from the right edge. Make a 4-loop bow with crepe ribbon and tie the center with thread. Glue to the first ribbon, overlapping the panel as shown. Place a large rhinestone in the bow center.
For the inside: Cut 3½"x5" Painted Lace pink netting paper and mat on raspberry cardstock with 1/16" borders. Glue to the inside, 1/8" from the right edge. Stamp the medium rose onto Ultra Smooth cardstock and repeat the inking and spattering process as for the front center rose and the leaves.
Trim the rose panel to 3"x4", then mat on raspberry cardstock with 1/16" borders. Glue to the pink paper, 3/8" from the right card edge. Cut 1½"x6½" Painted Lace striped paper and mat the right long edge on raspberry cardstock with a 1/16" border. Wrap a 2½" sheer ribbon around the strip, 1 5/8" from the top, and glue the ends to the back. Glue the strip to the inside as shown.
