For the card front: Turn the card with the fold at the top. Cut 6½"x5" blue cardstock and 6 3/8"x4 7/8" Family ties brown/blue diamonds paper. Glue the paper centered on the cardstock. Place a doily on the craft sheet and rub the Stormy Sky, Forest Moss, and Frayed Burlap ink pads over it, blending the colors where they overlap. Let dry.
Glue the doily to the constructed front, ¼" from the top, and trim off the excess along the bottom. Cut 6½"x1½" house/heart stripe from Family Ties striped paper and mat the long edges on brown cardstock with 1/16" borders. Glue to the constructed front, ½" from the bottom. Wrap rickrack above the strip and ribbon along the bottom of the strip, gluing the ends to the back. Glue the constructed front to the card.
Tie a 4" rickrack length onto the first rickrack, 1½" from the left edge. Tie a 4" ribbon onto the first ribbon, 1½" from the right edge. Trim the ends. Punch out the tree paper tole pieces and assemble with foam tape between the layers. Foam tape the design to the front as shown. Punch out the extra art striped heart and foam tape it over the “family” banner, then place heart Dazzles™ as shown.
For the inside: Cut two 4¼"x2¾" Family Ties blue houses papers and glue as shown. Cut 5"x4" Family Ties tan tapestry paper and mat on brown cardstock with 1/16" borders. Stamp “welcome to the neighborhood” in the upper right corner with Dark Brown. Ink the small tree with Dark brown, stamp it on scrap paper once, then stamp on the tan paper near the right edge. Repeat, stamping the tree again as shown.
Using Forest Moss, stamp the small tree between the first two trees and the topiary tree near the lower left edge. Stamp clouds with Stormy Sky. Place a Dazzles™ tree on Family Ties green paper and a 1½"x2" Dazzles™ house on brown cardstock. Cut out both and glue as shown. Glue the paper centered on the inside. Place Dazzles™ smoke coming from the chimney and a 3½" fence border as shown.
