Good Day Pinwheel Pocket Card
For the pocket inside: Open the pocket and place it with the rounded flaps at the top and bottom. Cut 5¼"x5¼" Steampunk teal/brown paper and mat on cardstock with 1/16" borders. Glue to the inside. Punch out the balloon paper tole pieces and assemble as directed with foam tape between the layers. Glue to the inside, 3/8" from the left edge.
Place the Dazzles™ words overlapping the lower right edge of the balloon background and a bird above it as shown. Place a Dazzles™ corner in the upper right corner. Cut a 4 5/8" Dazzles™ chain border and place near the bottom extending from the right edge. Place jewel Dazzles™ as shown.
For the front: Cover the pocket side flaps with Steampunk tan/teal checks paper and ink the edges. Cut two 1/8" wide strips off the edges of the Dazzles™ backgrounds. Place on the flaps near the outer edges and trim the excess.
Cover the upper and lower flaps with Steampunk brown paper and ink the edges. Place a Dazzles™ border on each flap near the outer edge and trim the excess. Close the pocket by folding in the right flap, then the bottom flap, left flap, and tucking the top flap under the upper edge of the right flap.
Place the 1½" Dazzles™ butterfly on Steampunk teal paper and cut along the edges. Glue to the pocket at the lower right. Place the two smaller butterflies and the jewel Dazzles™ on the pocket as shown.
For the back: Cut 5½"x5½" Steampunk brown/teal diamonds paper and ink the edges Brown. Glue to cover the pocket back.
For the belly band: Die cut a 4¼"x2¼" label from Steampunk teal/brown paper and mat on cardstock with 1/16" borders. Punch a hole in each end. Stamp “gearing up…” on Steampunk ivory tapestry paper, then trim to 1½"x1¼". Mat on cardstock with 1/16" borders and glue to the right end of the label. Place a Dazzles™ key on it as shown.
Place the Dazzles™ balloon on Steampunk tan/rust checks paper and cut along the edges. Rub any exposed adhesive on the balloon back with the printing pouch. Glue the balloon to the label on the left end and place jewel Dazzles™ as shown.
