Select the page with three swans and cut the single swan to be 2 7/8” wide. Cut the left side (with 2 swans) to also be 2 7/8” wide then cut off just under the lower swan. Glue the two swans image above the single swan attaching it at the horizon line. The piece will be 2 7/8”x8”. Mat on pink Adorable Scoreable leaving 1/16" pink border. Wrap ribbon around where the pieces are joined at the horizon line. Mat on Purple Mirri cardstock with 1/8” borders. Glue to the card and Zot™️ a 1" wide bow as shown. Place gold Jewel Dazzles™️ and Tiny Words and Phrases Dazzles™️ as shown.
Card Inside: Glue a 1/2"x3 ½” strip of purple Mirri to the top and to the bottom of the card. Glue the swan Insert to cover the card inside and trim off the excess. Place a strip of Border Dazzles™ between the Mirri and the insert. Cut two 1/4"x2" strips of purple Mirri and glue to the back of the "Congratulations" Topper (to look like ribbon tails) then glue to the card as shown. Zot™️ 1" wide bow over the ribbon tails.
