All Dolled Up Scrapbook Page
For the page: Cut 9"x6½" The Charleston maroon scallops paper and mat it on light gray cardstock with 1/16" borders. Glue it centered on a The Charleston framed black paper. Mat each photo on dark gray cardstock with 1/8" borders, then on yellow cardstock with 1/16" borders. Glue both to the page as shown.
Place a The Charleston border Dazzles™ extending from the right side, overlapping the top of the right photo. Place a The Charleston border Dazzles™ extending from the left side, overlapping the lower mat edge of the left photo. Wrap the excess border ends to the back of the paper.
Journal the action in the photo and print it onto yellow cardstock, sizing the words to fit the 3"x1½" frame Dazzles™. Center the frame over the journaling on the cardstock and cut along the edges. Glue it to the page at the upper left.
