For the card front: Cut 5"x6½" Chantilly Lace gold circles cardstock and place it on the craft mat. Use a blender brush to blend Friar Brown ink around the edges. Glue the cardstock to the card front.
Cut 4½"x5¾" Hammered Gold paper and center the inside rose lace die on it. Die cut the paper, then use Sticky Specks to mat it on Metallic Gold paper with 1/8" borders. Wrap a 6½" length of mauve crepe ribbon across the panel, 1" from the top, and glue the ends to the back. Foam tape the panel to the card’s center front.
Punch out the four Chantilly Lace die-cuts shown. Mat the “happy birthday” banner on burgundy cardstock with 1/16" borders, then foam tape it to the front at the lower right. Cut 4" off the pink border die-cut, then cut an inverted “V” in one end. Cut 3" off one end of the burgundy banner die-cut, then glue the three die cut strips to the front as shown, tucking the upper ends under the ribbon.
Make a 4-loop bow with the same ribbon and tie the center with thread. Glue the bow to the first ribbon over the upper ends of the die cut strips. Cut the shank off a 5/8" gold button and glue the button to the bow center.
For the inside: Cut 4½"x5¾" Chantilly Lace gold cardstock and die cut the rose lace panel from the center as before. Lightly brush ink over the center and along the edges. Back the panel with Chantilly Lace pink lace paper, then glue the panel centered on the inside.
