For the booklet: Place the file folder open with the left tab at the upper right. Fold up the bottom, matching the lower left corner to the left curved edge. Fold the left side to the center, aligning the upper edge with the center fold. Fold the right side under on the center fold. Turn the folder over. On the back, score next to the folded edge, then fold the end toward the front on this line.
For the front: Trace the front section onto Kaleidoscope blue houndstooth paper and cut it 1/8" smaller than the front on all sides. Glue centered on the front. Punch a 7½" long section of Kaleidoscope striped paper and trim to 2" wide. Fold ½" of the left punched edge forward. Punch a second 7½" length of the same paper and trim to 1" wide. Glue green side forward as a mat along the right edge of the striped piece. Glue it the striped piece to the front, 3/8" from the left edge. Cut one photo to 2 5/8"x2" and one to 3 5/8"x2½". Mat each on blue cardstock with 1/16" borders, then on black cardstock with 1/32" borders. Glue the smaller photo to the upper front, slipping the left edge under the scalloped paper as shown.
Punch a 4" length of Kaleidoscope paper, then trim it to 1 1/8" wide. Place the center on the lower right corner of the second photo, wrap the ends to the back, and glue to secure. Glue the photo to the lower front. Place the keyhole Dazzle™ on Kaleidoscope green circles paper, cut around the edges, and glue near the right edge. Place the remaining Dazzles™ as shown.
For the inside: Cut Kaleidoscope green circles papers to fit the back panels, making each 1/8" smaller than the panels on all sides. Glue. Cut Kaleidoscope striped papers to cover the pocket fronts, making them 1/16" smaller than the panels on all sides. Glue. Print the baby's stats on green cardstock and trim to 2¾"x1½". Mat on Kaleidoscope green circles paper with 1/8" borders, then on blue cardstock with 1/32" borders. Glue and place the Dazzles™ on the first pocket as shown.
Place the “adore” banner Dazzles™ on blue cardstock and cut around the outer edges. Place a Dazzles™ strip across the second pocket, curved as shown, then glue the letters in place. Place the remaining Dazzles™ to the second pocket as shown. Cut a photo to 2 7/8"x2 7/8" and mat on blue cardstock with 1/16" borders. Glue to the third pocket and place corner Dazzles™ as shown.
Back the “love” banner Dazzles™ with Kaleidoscope blue houndstooth paper. Place a Dazzles™ strip curving across the fourth pocket and glue the letters as shown. Print “welcome to the world” on green cardstock, place the Dazzles™ frame over it, and trim the edges. Glue to the fourth pocket and place the remaining Dazzles™ as shown.
For Tag #1: Cover a tag with Kaleidoscope green/pink paper and punch the lower edge. Cut 3 1/8"x3" Kaleidoscope yellow paper, then border-punch two 3½"x1½" Kaleidoscope brown circles paper and glue as mats on the yellow paper as shown. Glue to the tag, ¾" from the top. Cut a photo to 2 5/8"x3" and mat on green cardstock with 1/16" borders. Glue to the tag, then place the Dazzles™ as shown.
For Tag #2: Cover a tag with Kaleidoscope yellow paper. Cut 2"x6¼" Kaleidoscope blue houndstooth paper and border-punch the long edges. Glue to the tag as shown. Cut a photo to 2¾"x3 1/8" and mat on black cardstock with 1/32" borders. Glue to the tag, then place the Dazzles™ as shown.
For Tag #3: Cover a tag with Kaleidoscope yellow paper. Cut and punch a 2"x6¼" Kaleidoscope blue squares paper as for tag #2. Glue vertically, then border-punch the lower tag edge. Cut a 3 3/8"x2¼" photo and mat on green cardstock with 1/16" borders. Glue to the tag and place Dazzles™ as shown.
For Tag #4: Cover a tag with Kaleidoscope brown dotted paper. Cut a 3¼"x3½" Kaleidoscope brown circles paper and mat the upper and lower edges with border-punched blue cardstock as for tag #1. Glue to the tag, ¾" from the top. Cut a photo to 2 7/8"x3" and mat on blue cardstock with 1/16" borders. Glue to the tag and place the Dazzles™ as shown.
Finishing: Place tape along the side edges of the pocket on the left and right ends. Remove the backing and press the pocket edges in place. Place the letters on the file tab. Re-punch all the tag holes and attach a 4" ribbon to each. Insert the tags in the pockets. Punch a 1/8" hole centered on the right edge of the last pocket. Close the booklet and punch a matching hole on the front edge. Wrap tulle around the booklet and bring the right end through both holes to the front. Tie in a bow and trim the ends.
