There are two different ways that you can use our website to order:
- Place an order online using your credit card.
- Use our site to shop, then place an order via phone, fax, or mail.
How to Shop Our Site
We use the shopping cart method which is common on many websites. Simply place the items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart. Well inform you of the items youve selected to purchase, what the items are, the total product charges and the shipping charges. Items can be added or removed from the cart at any time. At the end of your visit you may enter the checkout procedure to purchase your items or choose to leave without purchasing anything. You have not commited to purchase anything until your checkout is complete.
Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart
There are two ways you can add items to your shopping cart:
- Click the Add to Cart button when you are viewing the detailed information on a product. You can change the quantity prior to pressing the button if you wish.
- Under any category listing you can select the quantity of a product that youd like to purchase, without viewing detailed product information. Simply click the cart button to select the item for purchase.
Viewing Your Cart Summary
After you place an item in your cart, a note will appear above the cart button on the product page, giving you a summary of the cart contents. To view the contents of your cart press the View Cart button on the product page or at the top of the menu bar.
Removing Items From Your Cart or Changing Quantities of Your Order
You may remove items by checking the Remove box at any time in the cart summary. You can also change the quantities of items already in your cart.
Updating Your Cart
Be sure to press the Update Cart button when you make any changes to the contents of your cart. Doing so informs our site to look at the changes you have made and adjust the totals accordingly.
Ordering Via Phone, Fax or Mail
You can use our site to order over the phone, fax or through the mail, if you prefer. Browse our site, creating a shopping cart as described above. Click on Checkout. Then, where it says New Customers, please click here to proceed to checkout, click the button. Your order will appear. Print the order and refer to it when you call, or mail or fax it to the number below.
