Thanks for sharing your photos Penny. I'm going to have to corral mine a little better one of these days. Right now they all are in a ten drawer cabinet.

I didn't show you what my scrap desk looks like or the basket of new stamps I haven't cataloged yet! But, the work I did with the stamps has paid off so much I am starting the same kind of system for my dies - so I won't use the same 5 sets over and over again. Trust me I have a little bit more than 5 sets! LOL

I have my paper mostly under control too - it's the other STUFF that's really tough.

This is one of my big goals this year too - I have wood mounted stamps in two drawers and a box, and then I have tons of clear stamps I keep in trays so I can just leaf thru them but they need more organization than that - If I had to name the manufacturer on some of them I couldn't do it unless it shows somewhere on the clear sheet!

I keep my stamps that have matching dies in Sizzix plastic envelopes in a separate tray.

Love the book cross-reference idea and hoping to get that done soon. I have something similar for my Cricut cartridges that I used a lot before I got the Gypsy. So much easier to page thru a book to find what I have as opposed to figuring out which tray the stamp set is in! I'm sure they'll get much broader use once I remember everything I have!!!!

Thanks for the great tips and pics, Penny. This gives me some idea of how to organize my unmounted rubber stamps and same myself some shelf space.

Penny I noticed in one of your pics the little shelves you have for your stamp pads. Where did you get it? Is it something you made?

Jackie, I can't remember where I got the large one that holds all of my Adirondack inks - it came from Canada years ago. It is a really large unit, also holds my Staz-on and Versafine inks (love it!!!!). However, I also have a second one for my distress inks that also holds the re-inkers (love it!!). I'll give you 2 sources.

Stamp n storage
and Organize More

Neither one is the company mine came from, but I do know lots of folks love both companies.

Hope that helps!

I found a blogger who posted a video of a new space she created for her crafting and I noticed she had her ink pads in a re-purpose CASSETTE drawer. Worked great!
